Being a voice over artist , artist,  and yoga instructor , 

I 've realized it’s important to stay calm and centered in this"  Center of  Our Being".  One of my favorite sayings is :

There is no need to run outside for better seeing…Rather abide at the center of your being; for the more you leave it the less you learn. Search your heart and see…The way to do is to be.”

Our earth is one small planet in the Universe. Where else have we found Life? We are all here and alive NOW. There will never be the same moments, the same places, same people passing by you, same you, same me.

But….We have all been given the same amount of Life Force…. Breath….and all of our existences is an awesome GIFT!
